Shipping policy

1. Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days locally and 7-10 Days for international deliveries. These timelines may vary slightly depending on the location and shipping method chosen by the customer. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. We ship to all 50 states in the US, as well as internationally to the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Austria, Canada, Spain and Other Regions. Each item will indicate country shipment permissions.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

WalizStore is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages:

WalizStore is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.           

7. Return Shipping

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
